change the lives and giving hope to under privilege children and their communities in Ghana, West Africa.
About the Sachabu Foundation Volunteer Placement Program
Placements may be offered to volunteers who meet the below requirements.
Please apply 4 weeks before your program start date.
Program Starts Date: 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month.

We also offer 21 days volunteering and 4 days sight seeing program (SUMMER ESCAPE) a tailor made program for individuals as well as groups such as students, churches, families and organizations. Contact us for more information.
Program Fee
You will be required to make a payment towards your stay. The fee will depend on your proposed length of stay starting from 2 weeks to 12 weeks.
The fee begin at $300 for a minimum placement of 2 weeks and $120 for any additional week you intend to stay. Full details are given upon application.
All programs attract a registration fee of $99 USD on top of the fee listed above
Note: The program fee includes Airport pick-up, Accommodation, Local SIM card, Utility, Program Orientation and Supervision, Sachabu Foundation T-Shirt, Certificate of Participation and Transportation to Project and Host family first day, 24/7 in-Country Support and Last day Airport drop off, Breakfast and Dinner daily (Lunch not included because volunteers are mostly at work during lunch hours)
However travel costs need to be covered privately by volunteers.
Travel
You must make a commitment to organize and fund your own travel arrangements, including:
- -Flight Ticket
- -Travel Insurance
- -Vaccinations
